Every Diener product is the culmination of perfect interplay between handcrafting and high-tech engineering, between the experience and skill of our team of surgical mechanics and our computerized, networked machining centres. An impressive vertical integration, validated production methods and an optimum process monitoring and control enable us to respond quickly and flexibly to individual requirements. All our instruments are manufactured almost entirely here at our company headquarters in Tuttlingen in Southwest Germany, right at the heart of the world’s leading centre of excellence in medical technology. For some few production steps which cannot be performed in-house we cooperate with reliable partners from the surrounding region.

Medical treatments are as diverse as the human body. At the same time the challenges to medical technology are becoming more and more individual, elaborate and complex. This is the reason why Christian Diener GmbH has focused on special designs and customer-specific contract manufacturing. We design, develop, engineer, test and produce exactly according to your individual request and specification.
Every Diener product is made of high-quality materials and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of quality, precision and durability. A comprehensive quality assurance system ensures compliance with set parameters. Wide-ranging individual surface treatment and machining processes (including AlTiN coating, TiN coating, DLC coating, hard chrome plating or colour coding) can readily be offered for all our products. On top of that our service spectrum includes individual laser marking of instruments.
