Your future responsibilities

  • Small-part machining and operation of CNC milling machines (Heidenhain and/or Sinumerik control systems)
    (Heidenhain-Steuerung und/oder Sinumerik-Steuerung)
  • Multimachine operation as needed
  • Set up fixtures, load programs, clamp workpieces, and change tools
  • Manufacturing of precision components for medical technology
  • Maintenance and servicing of machines
  • Quality control of dimensional accuracy, material condition, and completeness
  • Error reporting and troubleshooting, as well as performing rework operations
  • Monitoring and optimization of production processes
  • Close collaboration with the development department for prototype production
