Carolin and Michael Baur are retiring
In 2025, Carolin Baur and Michael Baur will step down from the active management of Christian Diener GmbH. After many successful years at the helm of the company, they will hand over the reins to the next generation, marking an important milestone in the company’s more than 100-year history.
Carolin Baur, the eldest daughter of Helmut Diener, is bringing the fourth generation of the family into the company’s management. Her husband, Michael Baur, who has served as the company’s technical director since 2002, is also stepping down from his active role and handing over technical responsibilities to experienced successors.
